Ordered (2) Air filters for my riding lawn mower.One is a spare.

A week later I get a box with one (1) OIL filter in it! They get the part wrong and can't count either! Then after calling to try to get them to make it right, their complete idiots on the phone and won't listen to me giving them Order confirmation numbers! After losing the connection once and finally talking to another rep, they said they would send out the proper parts and it would take another week to get them!

I asked why because of their mistakes that they can't expedite delivery!?

She said "No" and hung up!I didn't think they were allowed to hang up?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $31.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Shipped wrong item and then services personnel were idiots.
