Purchased a Murray lawn mower with a Briggs and Stratton engine on 4/16/16. Used maybe 5-6 times last summer.

Went to mow lawn this May and it wont start. Called B&S and the 1st thing said to me by CSR was to clean the carburetor...she didn't even ask me what was wrong with the mower. I asked her why she would say this and she stated that she's worked there for 5 years and that's the usual problem. The carburetor is made of cheap plastic and wasn't even dirty.

Took it for warranty service, and B&S won't cover it, because they say we didn't use fuel stabilizer, even though the manual says to use stabilizer only when storing for more than 30 days with fuel in it. Service center says the carburetors are disposable and the machine is cheaply made.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $150.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Lack of warranty coverage.
